Stefan Brown
Stefan Brown is an award winning musician with a Gold disc to his name. He is a musician who has written jingles, songs, and musicals for children. His music has been influenced by jazz which he studied for 3 years. He has been a Bahá'í for over 30 years and his belief has enabled him to perform in many countries throughout the Pacific as well as Japan, Norway, South Africa and Australia.
His CD "The Angelic Way" has been inspired by the virtues program by the Popov's where he has taken some of the key virtues and put them into simple catchy songs that kids can learn to sing. He has recently recorded another CD for children titled "A Question of Virtues" which has on it 12 songs about virtues.
Stefan is a multi-talented musician who plays a number of instruments including ukulele, banjo, mandolin, guitar and piano. He spent 4 years living in the Cook Islands where he performed one of the musicals he has written, "The Wonderlamp" in a major production. He has also written two other musicals for children: "Where the Wildthings are" and "Giggleblat".
He currently lives in the Wairarapa in New Zealand and works as a full-time musician performing as a member of two bands.
